Taylor Fulton joined Three60Basketall after serving as a NCAA collegiate basketball coach for 5 years. Throughout her career as both a Head and Assistant Coach, Taylor has been responsible for each program’s day-to-day operations, operating and recruiting budgets, all aspects of team travel, game scheduling and supervision of student managers. She held the responsibility of being the program liaison to various departments in the athletic department, coordinating various needs and requests with Compliance, Academics, Marketing, Equipment, Event Management, and directed community service initiatives. From overseeing operations to on court coaching, player development, and scouting opponents, Taylor brings extensive passion and expertise from both a business management and coaching perspective.
Most recently, Taylor served as Assistant Coach at Lincoln University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to joining Lincoln University, Coach Fulton was the Assistant Coach at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown during the 2016-17 season. Before her arrival at Pitt-Johnstown, Coach Fulton began her coaching career as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Penn State Greater Allegheny in 2014-15. In 2015-16, she took over as Head Coach of the Lady Lions’ program.
Fulton received a full-athletic scholarship to Division I Appalachian State (NC) University in 2009 before transferring to Penn State University’s Greater Allegheny campus in 2010.
Fulton made her mark in her two seasons at at Penn State Greater Allegheny, scoring 1,002 career points, dishing out out 446 assists, and recording 250 steals. As a standout guard, Taylor earned Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) Player of the Year honors in 2013 and was a PSUAC First-Team All-Conference in 2013 and 2014. She was a two-time USCAA First Team All-American in 2013 and 2014.
Coach Fulton, a native of Pittsburgh, PA, earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
